1. Who we are
This website is operated by Krexum Technologies - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, under commercial licence number 77813 ("Krexum", "we", "us").
Krexum is a technology provider. We build and operate software that our partners deploy under their own brands.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website only.
They do not create a commercial relationship, and they do not govern the supply of any platform, service or software. Any engagement between Krexum and a partner is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms and such an agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
3. What we are not
Krexum is not a bank, broker, exchange, payment institution, money services business, credit institution or investment firm. We are not authorised or regulated to carry on any financial services activity, and we do not hold client money or client assets.
Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, nor is it investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Our partners hold the licences and authorisations required in their own markets. Responsibility for regulatory compliance in any market rests with the partner operating in it.
4. Product information on this site
Interfaces shown on this website are illustrative representations of our software. Figures, records and account data shown in them are examples, not live systems and not real customer data.
Capabilities are described as they are built or planned. Where a component is in development or in design rather than delivered, we say so on the Company page. Availability, capability and timelines for any specific engagement are confirmed in writing during scoping — not by this website.
Availability of any particular instrument, payment method or market is subject to the licences and authorisations held by the partner and to applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and materials on this website are owned by Krexum or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, or to interfere with its operation or availability.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect it or its users.
7. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes to a signed partner agreement are handled through that agreement, not through this page.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution provision in a signed partner agreement.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected], or by post to Krexum Technologies - FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
